'I have earlier did Dance Fitness routine for Akh Lad Jave and Buzz , but never attempted the viral track Har Ghoot Main Swag hai . So i found this crazy remix of all these three songs together and could not stop myself trying something . Me and Seerat met around 12 pm , i choreographed this song in like 10 mins we practiced for like an hour and set to shoot . The best part was we shot this in one go .... just a single take . I wanted to select easy to follow moves so that anyone can dance . I use this routine in the 3rd or 4th number in my one hr playlist which helps maintain the cardio levels and above all its so much fun to do this song the beats really pumps you up .
